Oh Yes We Did

Heather and I went to The Wine Loft on Saturday night after the Mardi Gras parades.  Oh yes we did!  (Thanks to All Things BD for the idea!)

We were wearing jeans!  I was wearing a T-shirt!  GASP!  And!  Excessive jewelry!!!  Cheap, gawdy, Mardi Gras beads, no less!

Do you think we got kicked out????

(We didn’t.)  (Actually, they were really friendly.)  (Most of the other patrons were wearing jeans, too!)

    I wish I had someone to drink wine with. My husband won’t learn to love it. I learned to love beer for him. Bas*ard
    So when I buy a bottle of my favorite wine, I have to finish it by myself (usually in the same night I open it)
    Maybe he likes me drunk.
