Boy bands? Ugh. I don’t even like boys bands.

Just shut up okay. Like you don’t have three Backstreet Boys CD’s.
I had them, don’t anymore…and yet sometimes I will admit this I miss listening to them.

Ha! I’m a much bigger fan of N’Sync that BSB. But I don’t even own any of their CD’s. I’d be scared to go through my collection, though, because it would be really embarassing. I do have N’Sync on my IPod, though.

Yep. All three of ‘em. And N’Sync (though they were a gift - honestly!), and Britney Spears. I know! I can’t help myself! Now I’ve moved on to High School Musical!!! 1 AND 2. 3, I’m sure, too once it’s out. My girls are sooo waaaayy into that. But you won’t catch me singing along with every single word to every single song. Nope. That’s not me you’re hearing blasting out some sweet harmony with Troy!!! Ooooohhhh Trooooyyyy!!!! And, Iit wasn’t me who had to hold herself back from stealing the giant poster of Zac Efron off my 6 year old’s bedroom door! Nope! Not me!!!

They were a little too young for me, but my daughter loved them. We get out a Christmas ornament she made very year and tease her because she wrote “I love NKOTB” on it. She is almost 30. And has a 2 year old son.

Dude, I’ve got like 5 BSB cds! I also saw them in concert when I was in grade 8!
It’s all good; BSB is right next to the Spice Girls cds (yes, cdS) I’ve got at home.
Nope, I don’t have any boy band CD’s, but I’m sure you could find my taste in music just as wretched. Plus I just don’t do CD’s anymore. I download, cuz I’m cool like that.
I do think the Backstreet Boys are better than the other boy bands that came out of the 90’s. I even saw them live once, but only because I was at the MTV Video Music Awards and they were performing.
I do not, I promise. But I do have a CD of the other boy band…dam it I’m having a brain fart. The one with Justin Timberlake. Also, I own the Spice Girl CD from back in the day. That’s all I’m admitting too.

*shakes her head* Nope no Backstreet boys here…I do however have every NKOTB CD there was and even…begrudginly *cough* BS *cough* took my son to the DWTS show that Joey McIntyre was in and got my son a signed CD from the meet and greet!

you want to talk about embarassing? I’m an “INXS/Pat Benatar/Def Leppard” kind of mom (who obviously never moved on from the 1980s) with a 19-month old daughter who is in love with ABBA. The only song that clams her down when she is sick is “Dancing Queen”.

Nope, not three Backstreet CD’s (not even one, I’m afraid - though I do have a song or two on those compilation jobbers) BUT I have at least two N*Sync CD’s. Yeah, cause that’s a lot better.

I could never make fun of your musical sylings. I had quite a few BSB and Brit CD’s myself (I recently sold them for about 10 cents a pop). I’m pretty sure I asked for gift receipts when buying them. You know…for my little sister.
I still have my N’Sync CD’s. They still rock my face off. And don’t even get me started on NKOTB! My heart still skips a beat when I see Jordan, Jon, Joey or Donnie. Not Danny…woof.
Swistle, I LOVED Air Supply. Now I have “I’m all out of love” stuck in my head.
I liked the first Backstreet Boys CD. It came out while I worked in a record store in Boston so I didn’t bother buying it, we listened to it 10 times a day.
One of the NKOTB boys came in to the store, had me pick out 3 gospel cd’s that I liked and then walked up to the register and purchased them. I was all giddy and proud that day.

I’m officially an old fart. My age no longer falls in the mid-30’s. I’m in my late thirties now.
I did have a Hootie and the Blowfish cd and all the Bon Jovi’s and Whitney Houston and, of course, Elvis. Lots of Elvis.

My first concert was John Denver AND I drove 6 hours to see “Air Supply’ last weekend. I slept with a Barry Manilow album under my pillow from ages 3-6 and would kill to see Neil Diamond in concert.
