1. No, I generally comment when I have something to say, otherwise I don’t.
2. I comment when I feel like I have something to offer to the conversation. I don’t comment when I don’t have anything nice to say. :)
3. I have in fact felt snubbed at one time or another. Whatever.
4. I don’t always reply but if I have something to say I will and I’m not generally nervous about it.
5. Sometimes it feels like a chore but sometimes it feels like an awesome way to escape and find a common ground with other people.

I tend not to feel snubbed when people don't comment on my blog - I'm writing for me more than them anyway. I have a few blogs I visit every day and then others that I try to get to at least once a week. I don't respond to comments people leave me unless there is a specific question. Usually, I leave a comment on their blog.
