Playgrounds outside for some reason don’t scream GERMS like the ones in say Chuck E Cheese to me. I am of the mind that the rain and nice hot sun sterilize playgrounds. However, they are dirty and require a bath afterwards.

We get germy at the park every day that it’s nice enough. I tell myself I’m building up my toddler’s germ resistance. I even let him play in the sandbox at the park. Fresh air has to be good for kids, even if there are germs too, right?

    What a cute little monkey!

Eh, germs only do so much damage. Germ-x rocks though. It makes me feel better even if we’re making a “supergerm”.

I’m like Karen that I can do the outside playgrounds, but have such a hard time with, say, the disgusting one at the mall! The kids ALWAYS seem to get sick after that one! Yep. Rain and sun. That’s a good sanitizer – as is Germ X. :-)
One of the best feelings is watching all the dirt dissolve off of the girls in the tub after a long day at softball, riding bikes, and playground time. Ahhhh, bliss.
