You SO do not need a skirted suit! Personally, I wear a tankini w/ full coverage bottoms. I think you actually look slimmer if you show more leg. Loris last blog post..Will you miss me?

Last year I bought one skirt swim suit and one with shorts (actually 2 tops and 2 bottoms from Land's End). Totally mom wear... but so much more comfortable to hang around at the pool in. I can tell you that right now... I'm especially disappointed in swimwear. I couldn't find one skirt or short swim suit for use while being pregnant (unless it cost a fortune). Oh, and you look great. My mom skirt disintegrated last week, just in time for swim season. I dragged the boys out suit shopping and was told by one that I looked like a jelly bean! Thought about breaking the pattern, but then thought about waxing, and I got as far as trading the skirt for boy shorts... with POCKETS! I knew I'd made the right choice when in the midst of trying it on at home, my youngest started chasing a dog down a street, we ended up in an impromptu play date, and my neighbors husband arrived home to find me visiting, all in my new suit. I think you look great. I bought one of those two years ago and it was great for those days when i needed a touch up on the waxing but could cover it up with the skirt. Cause what better reminder that you are a mom when you don’t have time for wax!

I’m back to bikini bottoms and I am about to purchase a bikini top again for the first time in 9 years. I figure, hey, if SHE can come out of the house in a bikini, then I certainly can.

I’m over worrying about whether anyone else thinks I look good. Thankfully, it ain’t half bad if i say so myself.
