I have read everything he has written: cookbooks, non-fiction and fiction. I love “No Reservations.” I would really enjoy sitting down with him for a shot and talk about the “good old days.” I too, graduated from Culinary School and worked in the back of the house for many years.

Dude, I'm sorry but i can't stop laughing at the photo with the blurred-out boob shot. It reminds me of Elaine's "nip-shot" on the Christmas card in Seinfeld. You are brilliant to post the picture anyway! And, to boot, he probably loved the fact that you were throwing down your low-cut bosom right by his face. GO GIRL! That sounds FABULOUS! I love his show (and the other guy who does Bizarre Foods). He seems like someone who would be a hoot to have a beer with. And we are foodie-lites. Meaning we love good food and see eating as part of the reason to travel but I am too squeamish to try weird stuff. Sweetbread terrine? Makes me want to throw up. Pork cheek?
