I love that you felt enough guilt to put a FCC Disclaimer. Thanks for the unpaid promo! I haven't been to World Market in quite a while. Maybe I should make a trip. Mmm...cookies!

#1 - World Market is my vacation getaway! 5 kids and a business lead me to run there once a month... and while there I meander through many countries. Once my girlfriend and I sat on a couch, nibbled on wafer cookies (that we eventually paid for) and talked about all the foreigners walking past (and looking at us very very oddly... hmmmmm).

#2 - sake... UGH. Brandt took me to a very nice Japanese resteraunt in Minneapolis awhile back and while I was using the ladies room for the 4th time (I was VERY pregnant) he ordered a flight of saki. Out comes a tray with 4 or 5 different varities. After watching his face, I've never been so thankful for being with child! I believe he described the first one as "turpentine with rotten lime". I had the obligatory thimbleful taste of the "best" one - and it will never be a repeat.

We should have talked prior to the saki incident. I could have saved you...

Oh - it was a very authentic japanese restaurant and our saki was served cold...
