mmmm…now I want lake sandwiches!!!
He’s right of course. they do taste better. Kind of like when you steal a potato chip off someone else’s plate…it always tastes better when it’s someone else’s.
Anyway, where was I?
Oh! I was going to tell you about how we call Top Ramen with hard boiled egg cut up in it and cheese “Rocket Soup”. The Boy hated top ramen until one day I made it and he asked what it was. I threw the question back to him “what do you think it is” and he declared “ROCKET SOUP!!” It’s stuck and he’s eaten it EVERY time! LOVE the innocence.

We don't have lakes here, but I think lake sandwiches are the same as beach spam musubis. For those not from Hawaii that probably sounds disgusting, but they really are quite good under the same circumstances as a lake sandwich - delicious after swimming and playing at the beach for a few hours. .-= Mamaganda´s last blog ..An Argument For Drinking =-.
