This photo perfectly captured a slice of each of our personalities.
Ella: Giggly, happy, always moving
Carson: Serious and sullen
Me: Putting on a smiling face! (and multi-tasking as I growled through my teeth at the grumpy gus sitting next to me to just loosen up and smile for the camera already)

he looks a touch like pioneer ladies son ??

Ha ha! Cute! Even though Carson might be serious in this pic, he still brought a smile to my face! Kids are such funny creatures…

This is the most awesome picture and caption EVER! Seriously love it!
My kiddos have been taking “perfect for their personalities” photos a lot lately too. It’s just so fun, isn’t it?
I think a lot of us multitask when photos are being taken.
I love pictures that capture the subject’s personality. Those are the pictures that go in the “keeper” category for sure.

I love a picture with some life in it. Seriously, I just want to sit her and make faces at the picture until I win a smile from him. And I want to go run and giggle with her.And you? You look like you wouldn’t judge me a bit if I told you some deep dark, I hate reading Dr. Suess and his 85 page books stories.

This is one of those rare pictures we parents cherished.
It is blurry, the colors are off, Carson didn’t smile. But it has something that many of our pictures don’t — memories, personality and drama.
I love it Jennifer.
